Today, manufacturers of punched parts are all facing the same challenges: they need to produce more complex parts in lower lot sizes, with greater quality, in less time.

They need to process a variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper... in any given sequence.

And instead of merely punching, they also nibble, form, thread tap, engrave, mark, bead, bend, extrude or produce arcs, louvers, grids, countersinks, or create several holes in single hit.

Introducing FLEX12 1250/30-2250 (50” x 90” working envelope)

12 total tool station (ability to configure up to 66 tools of which 18 could be Auto-Index stations)

· 6 - 3 ½” tool stations (can accommodate any size tool A – D including any Multitool)

A. 3 of the 6-stations are Auto-Index station (can accommodate any size tool A – D including any Multitool)

B. All Multitools placed into an Auto-Index station be rotatable up to 360 degrees in any direction

· 6 - B-Station (1 ¼) Each station features an active die for additional FORMING capabilities. Each can also be a standard punch station without any turret reconfiguration.

The additional B-Stations can be raised up to ¼” when in use and lowered when not in use - eliminating any punch restrictions.
