Precision Forming System

The Accell features High Precision, High Speed Forming and the available options to form complex parts. The Accell is designed to achieve high repeat accuracy and allow customer specific machine configurations to be built cost effectively.

Accell Standard Features

The Accell frame provides the structural stability to ensure consistent performance
Ram position is monitored every two milliseconds to achieve accuracy of +/- 0.0004"
High Speed Forming:
20 mm/s bending speed at reduced tonnage on Accell models up to 235 tones

Customer preference of quick change tooling system and CNC crowning system factory installed.

Accell Production Enhancing Options

Accurpress works closely with customers to ensure a perfect match to their forming needs. This includes providing the necessary productivity options and customizing the Accell to fit existing factory considerations, such as existing foundation and ceiling height requirements.

Front Sheet
Support Fixtures

Front sheet Support Fixtures ride on a precision guide rail for easy left to right motion. Vertical movement is controlled by a hand wheel driven screw jack with no back drive for more precise positioning.

Increased Ram Stroke
and Open Height

Increased ram stroke and open height are available to accommodate special applications, such as deep box and large part forming.

Sheet Follower
System

The Accell Sheet Following System follows material during the bend. The Sheet Follower table is fully synchronized with bend speed and bend angle. The decent speed is operator adjustable and the system can be activated by step.

Ram and Bed
Extension

The ram and bed can be extended by adding Horn Extensions providing the flexibility to form a variety of parts off the end of the machine..

Robotic
Integration

Accell offers integration capabilities for your production process including robotized loading, forming and unloading. The Accell is a key component of automated bending cells.

Safety
Guarding

Accurpress offers a variety of Safety Guarding systems to suit your bending requirements. Guarding options for the Accell include the V4000 (as shown), LazerSafe, or the ISB Light Curtain.
